Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Referrers. It applies to any paid plans or features offered by Referrers LLC.

Free membership

Joining and exploring Referrers is free. There is nothing to refund for free membership, and you can stop using the service at any time.

Paid plans & subscriptions

Some optional plans and features are billed on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis. The price, billing interval and what is included are shown clearly before you confirm any purchase. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@referrers.network. Cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period; access is not pro-rated after that.

Refund eligibility

If you are charged in error, or you are unhappy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion and may be declined in cases of abuse, fraud or violation of our Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

Email contact@referrers.network from the address on your account with your name, the date of the charge and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
