These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Referrers Network. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Referrers, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Membership & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to represent the business on your profile. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Members agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. Spam, misrepresentation, harassment and abuse of the referral system are prohibited and may result in removal from the network.
Referrals
Members use Referrers to connect and exchange introductions. The terms of any engagement that follows are agreed between the participating members. Referrers provides tools to facilitate and track referrals but is not a party to the underlying agreements between members.
Content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you share but grant Referrers a license to display it as needed to operate the platform. You may not use the network's branding without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Referrers is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, referrals or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Arrangements between members
Any engagement that results from a referral is arranged directly between the participating members. Referrers LLC is not a party to those agreements.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.

Changes to these terms
